Glencarse Home Farm is situated in a rural location approximately seven miles east of the city of Perth which is located at the junction of the M90 and M9 motorway/dual carriageway having excellent roadlinks to Edinburgh approximately forty five miles, west to Stirling approximately twenty five miles, east to Dundee approximately twenty miles and north to the A9 and Inverness. Perth is also served by a main railway station linking to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen.
